The Mediamorph team is drawn from the senior management of some of the largest media companies in the world. This 'real world' understanding of the digital landscape has enabled Mediamorph to build an impressive client base in a very short period of time.
Our philosophy is to bring our big company expertise to the smaller players in the market and, conversely, to reintroduce our small business, start up mentality to the larger corporations we do business with every day of the week. Mike Sid -- CEO & Co-Founder
For over ten years, Mike has helped leading entertainment companies such as Sony Music, Sony Pictures, Comcast, Time Warner, MTV, Nickelodeon, Showtime Networks and Clear Channel build their digital entertainment systems and businesses. Mike's broad experience in digital entertainment ranges from leading the media and entertainment vertical for a major web integrator and building the infrastructure for digital entertainment at Sony Music to establishing a semantic web start up as the leader in its space. Mike holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from MIT.

Shahid Khan -- Chairman & Co-Founder
Shahid Khan is an acclaimed thought leader in Media and Cable industries, with tremendous track-record of working with leading TV Networks, Publishers, Cable MSOs and Device companies to identify opportunities based on emerging platforms and launch cross-platform media plays across Over-the-top Video, Digital Music, eBooks and emerging TV Networks. Prior to co-founding Mediamorph, Shahid held senior executive positions as leading consulting firms, including Senior Partner at IBB Consulting Group, Managing Director and Head of Entertainment/Information Services Industries at BearingPoint/KPMG Consulting and Partner at IBM Global Services. Some of his clients are: Disney, Sony, Showtime, A&E, Univision, Comcast, Cablevision, Time Warner Cable and Motorola. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and is a Fellow at U. Penn’s Wharton School of Business. Shahid is well-renowned in the industry for his points of views, is a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences, appears on CNBC and Bloomberg TV and is often quoted in leading publications such as the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and the New York Times.

Nitin Shriram -- Chief Technology Officer
Prior to joining Mediamorph, Nitin spent eight years at DoubleClick (now Google), managing the reporting engineering team. He was responsible for developing and managing one of the world's largest web-based reporting systems: the reporting system in DART for Advertisers and DART for Publishers. Nitin holds a BS in Computer Science.

Allison Drosin - Controller
Allison has responsibility for the company's finances as well as for day-to-day management of human resources. Previously Allison was Controller at Cameo Stars, a venture-backed consumer facing social identity start-up. Before Cameo Stars she's held a number of accounting and finance positions at other area companies and organizations. Allison is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Accounting Science from St Joe's.
Paul Giordano -- Chief Client Officer
For over 15 years, Paul has been working with media, entertainment and publishing companies, leading new digital initiatives and defining new operational models. Paul has a strong track-record of building strategic partnerships, leading digital transformations and delivering sustained value. Prior to joining Mediamorph, Paul lead all digital strategy and supply chain initiatives at Scholastic Inc., the world's largest publisher and distributor of children's books; and all global digital strategy and new services initiatives for EMI Music. Paul was also an Executive at Accenture, among his clients were Sony Music, Bertelsmann, Wolters Kluwer, Simon & Schuster, NBC, GE, AOL and AT&T. Paul is a graduate of Syracuse University.
Pesh Kanthan -- VP, Data Sciences
Mediamorph's core technology empowers our customers to manage today's rapidly proliferating digital media platforms, and the future is the analytics and actionable intelligence hidden in the Big Data that digital media brings. A veteran of Silicon Valley startups and IBM Research, Pesh is our resident Data Scientist, bringing his MIT background to enable our customers to leverage the wealth of data we process across their platforms. He brings expertise in managing offshore and global operations and in developing architecture for systems designed to handle large quantities of data. Pesh holds both a BS and an MS in Computer Science from MIT.
Melissa Mazza - VP Product Development
Melissa has responsibility for driving the direction of our product. Melissa is one of the industry's leaders in Rights Management with over a decade of experience in managing rights across Music, Television and Film. Prior to Mediamorph, Melissa was Senior Director of Product Management at RSG Media Systems, one of the leading Rights Management software providers. In addition to RSG she has also run worldwide royalties and licensing for I-Play and spent 9 years at Sony Music in Business Affairs and Copyright, overseeing Digital Product Planning. Melissa holds an MA in Music Business from NYU as well as a Bachelor's in Vocal Performance from NYU. Melissa is based in our New York City office.
Steve Pitts -- Managing Director, West
Steve has responsibility for delivering our services to our West Coast customers. An acknowledged leader in Media software, Steve was most recently SVP and General Manager of Counterpoint Systems Inc, a leading rights management software company in filmed entertainment, consumer products and music. Prior to that he had held a number of executive positions in Information Technology at 20th Century Fox and Sony Pictures Entertainment as well as at Price Waterhouse Coopers Consulting. Steve holds a BS in Business Administration from Cal State Dominguez Hills and is based in our Los Angeles office.
Tina Rogai - Director, Managed Services
Tina created and heads up Mediamorph's Managed Services Group encompassing Business Operations and Contracts Administration. Along with Mike, Nitin and Rupesh, Tina has been at Mediamorph from its very start and has established all of our current operational practices and services. Before Mediamorph, Tina had been in Healthcare Provider Administration at Continuum Health Partners. Tina holds a BA in Psychology from Fordham and is based in our New York City office.
Tim Rottach -- Managing Director, International
As Managing Director, International, Tim leads the European team focussed on ensuring the success of our clients outside of the US. Tim is a leader in Digital Video distribution in Europe. Previously UK country head for Metacafe and before that Director of Business Development and Content Acquisition for Joost, Tim's been at the leading edge of digital video. Tim also has strong expertise in enterprise software as a former product manager at Business Objects. Tim holds an MBA from London Business School and an undergraduate engineering degree from the University of Illinois. Tim is based in our London office.
Joe Scotti - Head of Strategic Sales
Joe is Mediamorph's Head of Strategic Sales. From strategy to execution, with the experience and industry relationships necessary,across all media, Joe engages with the industry's key distributors to develop new partnerships, affiliations and business ventures that benefit both the multi-platform distributor and Mediamorph. Joe is an Industry Leader and TV Executive with over 25 years experience and success leading syndication, affiliate sales, marketing and creative teams, building major divisions of listed media corporations, and privately funded ventures, to growth,and profitability. Joe was formerly President & CEO of Global Media Television, President, Fremantle Media. NA (Formerly Person Television), EVP, Domestic Syndication, Sales and Marketing, All American Television and VP, Sales and Affiliate Marketing and Director of National Accounts,Showtime Networks. Joe holds a BS in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson and is based in our New York City office.
