"Television, the entire definition, is evolving. People need to figure out how they can make money on these new platforms," says Khan. "The consumers are winning, and they will win in the end."

"Netflix obviously is winning because it's disrupting its own game. The other companies that are doing really well are companies that create these platforms such as Apple, Motorola and Samsung," says Khan. "Time Warner is defining itself as a distributor of content across all platforms."
