Michael P. Huseby serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he served as Executive Chairman of Barnes & Noble Education. Prior to joining the Company, he was a member of the board of directors of Barnes & Noble, Inc. from January 2014 and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Barnes & Noble until August 2, 2015. Mr. Huseby was appointed Chief Executive Officer of NOOK Media LLC and President of Barnes & Noble in July 2013, and Chief Financial Officer of Barnes & Noble in March 2012. From 2004 to 2011, Mr. Huseby served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cablevision Systems Corporation, a leading telecommunications and media company, which was acquired by the Altice Group in June 2016. He served on the Cablevision Systems Corporation board of directors in 2000 and 2001. Prior to joining Cablevision, Mr. Huseby served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Charter Communications, Inc., a large cable operator in the United States. Mr. Huseby served on the board of directors of Charter Communications from May 2013 through May 2016. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Huseby served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, of AT&T Broadband, a provider of cable television services. In addition, Mr. Huseby spent over 20 years at Arthur Andersen, LLP and Andersen Worldwide, S.C., where he held the position of Global Equity Partner. Mr. Huseby serves on the board of directors of CommerceHub, Inc., a cloud-based e-commerce fulfillment and marketing software platform company listed on Nasdaq.

Mr. Khan is an acclaimed thought leader, entrepreneur, and executive in Media and Cable industries. Over the last 20 years, he has played a key role behind the digital transformation of his clients and has helped launch a number of new products, services, and capabilities for them. Mr. Khan is also the Managing Partner for MAG (Meridian Advisory Group, LLC), a premier boutique management consulting firm that focuses on the entire Digital Content Ecosystem. His clients include: Liberty Global, Comcast, Cablevision, Time Warner Cable, Sony, Scripps, Showtime, Disney/ABC, Univision, A&E, Barnes & Noble, Scholastic, Hearst, Conde Nast, Motorola, Rovi, Vonage, etc.
Prior to co-founding Mediamorph, Mr. Khan held senior executive positions at leading consulting firms, including Senior Partner at IBB Consulting Group (now Accenture), Managing Director and Head of Entertainment/Information Services Industries at BearingPoint/KPMG Consulting and Partner at IBM Global Services. Mr. Khan is well-renowned in the industry for his perspectives — he is a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences, appears on CNBC and Bloomberg TV and is often quoted in leading publications such as the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and the New York Times.
Mr. Khan holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business and is a Fellow at U. Penn’s Wharton School of Business. He is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), the world’s premier peer network of chief executives and business leaders. Mr. Khan was named as one of the “50 Outstanding Asian Americans in Business” by the Asian American Business Development Center in the US and as one of the 50 most influential people in the US online video industry by VOD Professional.

Mr. Baker has been a global communications and branding/internet executive for almost 40 years. He was involved as Chairman in the startup of the Vue Cinema movie chain, now the leading one in the UK. In the US, Mr. Baker was involved in creating the first duopoly television stations as part of River City Broadcasting. He supervised the transformation from Ticketmaster to Ticketmaster.com and helped engineer the purchases of Hotels.com and Match.com during his time at USAi.
Before joining Lee Equity in 2013, Mr. Baker served as a General Partner and Managing Director of Boston Ventures, specializing in the communications, entertainment, business information, and healthcare. He was a board member and CEO coach for many of Boston Venture’s portfolio companies, including: Production Research Group, American Media, Vue Cinemas, Camp Systems, Richard Petty Enterprises, Smith TV, SJL Broadcasting, World Publications, American Home Pages, and Backyard Broadcasting. Before joining Boston Ventures, Mr. Baker was President and Chief Operating Officer of USA Interactive. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sinclair Communications, overseeing the business of over 100 television and radio stations in 28 states. From 1989 to 1996, Mr. Baker was the CEO of River City Broadcasting, which he founded in 1989. Prior to these positions, his career began in management in cable, broadcast TV, and radio broadcasting.
Mr. Baker attended Syracuse University and is on the Advisory Board of the Newhouse School. He is responsible for two of the world’s leading voice and cancer research labs, and chairs at Harvard’s Mass General and the Vanderbilt Medical Centers. Mr. Baker is the former Chairman of the Park City Medical Center, an Intermountain Hospital. He was also the Chairman of the Television Bureau of Advertising (TVB) and was a member of the board of the National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE).

Mrs. Bergman provides strategic guidance to the Advance/Newhouse companies for new growth opportunities, acquisitions, and investments in new business initiatives. She currently serves as a director for 1010 Data, for Advance.
Mrs. Bergman served as President of Bright House Networks until its recently completed merger with Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable. Bright House Networks, was the sixth-largest owner and operator of cable systems in the U.S., with systems located in five states, including Florida, Alabama, Indiana, Michigan, and California. She is committed to providing guidance and leadership to the cable and telecommunications industry, serving on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Technological Advisory Council. Mrs. Bergman sits on the corporate board of directors of publicly held Visteon, and the non-profit boards of The Cable Center, One Revolution and Adaptive Spirit, a cable industry fundraising organization for the U.S. Paralympic Ski and Snowboard Team.
Mrs. Bergman serves as a trustee of her alma mater, the University of Rochester, and is a member of their Institute for Data Science Advisory Committee and Engineering’s Dean’s Advisory Council. She has received numerous awards and honors, including the Women In Technology Award, the Multichannel News Wonder Women Award, and CED’s Person of the Year. Mrs. Bergman is also the recipient of the Distinguished Vanguard Award for Leadership, Cablefax’s Lifetime Achievement Award, named Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Woman of the Year, and a Women in Solutions Honoree by the Alliance for Women in Media.
Managing Director, Online Entertainment at Liberty Global (Mediamorph Board Director)
Mr. Greene is the Managing Director, Online Entertainment for Liberty Global, the largest cable operator in the world. He is an experienced senior executive with over 25 years in sales, marketing, and operations in the entertainment, interactive, and broadband industries. Mr. Greene has led the creation and development of multiple online video subscription services, including the launch of Horizon TV Online in Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland, and Germany. He has a strong track record in taking established or early stage companies and maximizing the core business while creating expansion into new product lines or platforms.
As Executive Vice President of Advanced Services for Starz Entertainment, Mr. Greene oversaw all the digital and internet strategies for the company. He was also responsible for the development and successful launch of the Emmy-nominated Vongo and StarzPlay online subscription services. A recognized leader and speaker in the new digital media, Mr. Greene has extensive experience and relationships within the cable industry and Hollywood. Prior to joining Starz, he was the CEO of an internet media company, Digital Lava, that traded on the NASDAQ. Mr. Greene was a senior member of the start-up interactive software company, Lightspan, originally funded by Accel Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers. Mr. Greene spent nearly 13 years at Showtime Networks and MTV in executive sales and marketing roles.
Mr. Green holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Lerner is a key part of the Smedvig Capital executive team, having joined in 2008, and provides a deep understanding of the factors that drive success in rapidly growing companies. He has worked on investments across a variety of sectors and models, but has a particular interest in business-to-business SaaS and advertising technology. He is currently also a board director of Quill, The Smart Cube, and Captify.
Prior to Smedvig Capital, Mr. Lerner worked at Bain and Company as a Senior Consultant supporting FTSE 100 management teams in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, financial services and consumer products sectors. He has also spent 6 months working in-house at Argos on multi-channel strategy and product expansion.
Mr. Lerner is based in London and has a first from Bristol University in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (MEng).

Stewart Till is CEO of New York-based Sonar Entertainment, a leading developer, producer and distributor of scripted television drama.
Stewart is also non-exec Chair of The Picture Production Company, a creative agency for the major film studios, broadcasters and computer games publishers. He is also Chair of Silverfish, a production company specializing in the public and charity sectors, whose clients include The Labour Party and Amnesty International.
Additionally, he is Chair of Creative Skillset, the Sector Skills Council for the UK’s creative industries. Until August 2009 Stewart was Chairman of the UK Film Council, the body established by the UK Government to manage the lottery monies and grants they allocated to the UK film industry. From 2006 to 2008, Stewart was Chair of Millwall Football Club. From the end of 2002 until December 2006, Stewart was Chairman and CEO of United International Pictures, during which time it was the world’s leading distributor of feature length motion pictures. Stewart has also been President of Signpost Films, was President of Universal Pictures International, and held a similar role at PolyGram Filmed Entertainment.
In June 2000 Stewart was awarded a CBE for services to the British film industry. He holds an honorary Doctorate at Essex University and is both an Honorary Fellow and a Visiting Professor at Goldsmiths College.

Mr. Toms is a private equity investor who is focused on young, high-growth businesses. His extensive investor board experiences include acquisitions, fundraising, mergers, sales, business development, new market entry, marketing, operations management, and restructuring. Mr. Toms has represented Smedvig on the boards of 14 companies, and chaired six, in the UK, US, Scandinavia, and Israel.
Prior to joining Smedvig Capital, Mr. Toms was a director at Jardine International Motors, a $4bn auto industry group. There he was responsible for strategy and M&A, completing transactions both in Europe and in the US. Previously Mr. Toms spent six years in strategy consulting at Bain & Company, leading assignments on strategic, operational, and organizational issues for clients in a variety of sectors.
Mr. Toms has an MBA with distinction from London Business School, and a BSc (Hons) Physics from the University of Exeter.
