Kent Jarvi, Chief Financial Officer
Kent brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience in driving business strategy and managing finance and administration for a variety of venture-backed technology companies. He has deep expertise in enterprise and SaaS-based software solutions and internet service companies. He has led his companies through profitable growth, capital acquisition and liquidity events. Kent holds a BA in Business and an MBA in Finance from Michigan State University.
Mike Sid, Chief Strategy Officer
Mike co-founded Mediamorph and serves as its Chief Strategy Officer. Mike previously worked as a Senior Director at Sony Music Entertainment where he oversaw the technology group. He received a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1988.
Bill Woods, EVP Global Sales
Bill serves as Mediamorph’s Executive Vice President responsible for global sales, business development and customer success.
A software veteran, Bill has implemented solutions and industry best practices to improve licensing, distribution efficiency and content monetization in the Media & Entertainment space for over 25 years. He is a trusted advisor and a known thought leader for all the Hollywood Studios and those who license premium content from them.
Prior to joining Mediamorph, he ran Sales organizations at HP, Nortel, Counterpoint Systems (acquired by Vistex), Occam Networks (acquired by Calix) and Xircom (acquired by Intel).
Paul Giordano, Chief Client Officer
Paul Giordano serves as Mediamorph's Chief Client Officer. Paul has a strong track-record of building strategic partnerships, leading digital transformations and delivering sustained value.
Prior to joining Mediamorph, he led all digital strategy and supply chain initiatives at Scholastic Inc and all global digital strategy and new services initiatives for EMI Music.
For over 15 years, he has been working with media, entertainment and publishing companies, leading new digital initiatives and defining new operational models. He served as an Executive at Accenture, among his clients were Sony Music, Bertelsmann, Wolters Kluwer, Simon & Schuster, NBC, GE, AOL and AT&T.
Paul is a graduate of Syracuse University.
Jerry Inman, Chief Marketing Officer
Jerry serves as Mediamorph's Chief Marketing Officer
Jerry Inman brings to Mediamorph more than two decades of senior marketing leadership and a reputation for building award-winning marketing teams in the retail and technology industry. He has a proven track record for driving measurable growth for several highly respected enterprise cloud technology brands and is nationally recognized for his industry expertise. His insights on both B2B and B2C marketing has established him as a thought leader and a sought-out speaker at industry conferences and events across the globe.
Prior to Mediamorph, Inman was the CMO of Demand Worldwide, where he was responsible for strategy and execution of all marketing efforts working with leading retail technology organizations, as well as major retailers and brands. He also previously served in marketing leadership roles at roles at Information Builders, Lectra, Stylesight, 7thonline, and iMany.
Steve Pitts, EVP Global Services
Steve leads Mediamorph's global delivery organization. Steve has extensive leadership experience in the Media & Entertainment Industry.
He has led organizational transformations by leveraging strategic planning, tactical process improvement and timely decision making in both start-up and existing business environments.
Steve has a track record in developing and building high performing teams and organizations in globally distributed companies.
Steve previously worked at Counterpoint Systems, 20th Century Fox, PwC and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
