Challenges

Mediacom faced the challenge of manually managing, tracking and expanding deals, calculations and royalty payments while supporting their growing deal types and complexities. Additionally, executive level reporting became difficult to achieve in a timely fashion.

Approach

Mediamorph introduced several modules from our deal management and financial solutions. In doing so, we implemented a robust set of capabilities to manage end-to-end functions, with flexibility to support new deal types, new reporting needs and accounting functions.

Benefits

In removing manual steps, accuracy and efficiency for handling deal types, data management and accounting automation increased drastically. This also resulted in the reduction of month end process for over 150 unique deals. In total, this enabled the deal management team to more efficiently manage, expand and understand deals.
